EARLY CHILDHOOD: Luz was the firstchild born to Salvador Valladares and Luz Lozoya .
EDUCATION:Luzita attended school in the Scottsbluff Independent School District (SISD) from the first to the eleventh grade. She dropped out of school in 19^X, but later obtained her high school General Equivalency Development (GED) certificate.
MILITARY: Luzita did not serve in the military.

MARRIAGE: Luzita married Pedro Ramon Mares in Scottsbluff in November 1963. She was divorced in May 3, 1979. She later met and married Billy Ronald Vogt in Scottsbluff on June 26, 1978.
CHILDREN: Luzita and Pedro had six children (which included two pairs of twins):
Luz and Billy have no children.
