EARLY CHILDHOOD: Isabel was born in Wichita Falls,, Texaa Texas. Isabel (Chavelita) is the fifth of seven children born toAlfredo Villalobos and Isabel Valladares.
EDUCATION:Isabel attended school in the Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) from 1968 to 1979 from grades one through the eleventh (Hirshi High School) when she dropped out. However she was determined to get an education and got her General Education Equivalency (GED) in 1980. She later attended Vernon Regional Junior College (VRJC), at their Sheppard Air Force Base campus. She graduated in 1995 with an Associate of Science in MicroComputers. She continued her education at Wayland Baptist College (Plainview, Texas) at its local campus also located at Sheppard Air Force Base. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1999. She is still attending Wayland Baptist College working on a Masters program in Education and simultaneously working on her teaching certificate.
MILITARY: Isabel did not serve in the military.
CAREER: While attending high school Isabel worked at a hamburger joint, the Glass Kitchen. Shortly after dropping out of school, she worked at the Denver Manor Nursing Home for three years, from 1982 - 1985. She then went to work for the Levi-Strauss Company for another three years, from 1986 - 1989. She started her job with Stanley Tool Factory in 1990 and worked there until 2001. She now works for Cryovac Plastics as a Press Technician.
OTHER ACTIVITIES: Isabel used to play tennis in her younger days, now enjoys walking as a method to keep in shape. She also enjoys embroidery as a relaxing pastime.
MARRIAGE: Isabel met and married her first husband husband Rudolfo Rodriguez in Wichita Fall on June 29, 1979. She later divorced, in September 1990. She met her second husband, Tim Scott on a blind date. She was later married on June 29, 1997 in Wichita Falls, and again in Guymon, Oklahoma (Tim's hometown).
CHILDREN: Isabel and Rudolfo Rodriguez had three children:
